FAQ
Do You Provide Raw Files?
Unfortunately, I do not. When you receive your photos, they have already been professionally edited by me and I spend a lot of time to ensure they are up to my standards and perfect for you.
Do You Provide A Second Shooter?
Absolutely! All of my wedding packages include a professional second shooter (usually my mom Kim!) My second shooter usually stays with the groomsmen during the wedding day while I stick with the bride and bridesmaids.
Can I Print the Photos Myself?
Absolutely! I include a print release in your contract so you can download and print your photos at your preferred print lab. You can also order prints directly through your online gallery and have them professional printed and sent to your home! These make a great gift for family and ensure the highest quality for your favorite images!
How Many Photos Can I Expect?
I don't really put a limit on how many photos I give you :) Generally the longer your session, the more pictures you receive. For a 1 hour portrait session, it's usually between 100-125 photos. For weddings, it's usually between 1000-1500 photos.
When Can I Expect My Photos?
All of your images will be presented to you in an online gallery. I try to send you a sneak preview within 24 hours of about 20-30 images. For weddings, I try to have your full galleries ready within 6-8 weeks. For portraits, it's usually around 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of year.
Do You Travel for Weddings/Portrait Sessions?
YES YES YES! Some additional travel fees may apply, but let's get out of the 'burgh!
Can We Bring Our Dog to the Session?
Yup! Being a proud dog mom, I love taking photos of couples and their dogs. I just recommend you bringing someone to help get their attention and maybe hang out with them during the session. I also suggest walking them prior to the session and bringing their favorite treat or chew toy to get their attention during portraits!
Can You Help Me With My Wedding Day Timeline?
Of course! All of my packages include a planning consultation where we will go over your photo requests and the timeline of your big day!
During our first consultation we'll talk a little about how you imagine your wedding day to go, but about 6 weeks out we'll talk about more of the logistics and get your timing down from your bridal entrance to family photos. I'll also share a finalized timeline with you that you can share with the rest of your vendors, bridal party and family.
